Ralph Strehle

Dr. Ralph Strehle supports Boris Orlob Management in the development of its organisational structures, leadership capability and long-term strategic planning. His work focuses on strengthening the agency’s internal organisation and supporting its continued development while preserving its entrepreneurial culture.

Over the past two decades, Ralph has held senior leadership and project management roles across the international opera and higher education sectors, working with opera companies, conservatoires and young artist programmes throughout Europe. His doctoral research in performance psychology explored motivation and human performance, providing the foundation for his work in leadership and organisational development.

He brings this perspective to Boris Orlob Management, supporting the agency’s long-term development and organisational effectiveness. He also serves as General Director of Mascarade Opera in Florence, Italy.
